ACT
Official ACT website. From this site simply click on "test prep" at the top menu and you will have access to full length tests including a writing test, strategies to prepare for the tests and information on what to expect on test day.

4TEST
From the main page, choose the practice test you want to take. Then choose what sections of the test you want included. You must register to use this site, but the practice tests are free.

NUMBER2
Free test prep for the ACT and SAT. Also has free tutorials and vocabulary builder. You must enroll the first time and then log in after that.
