Parents: Before the first day of school, parents must fill out required beginning of the year forms using Final Forms which is online. Parents should check their email for instructions from Final Forms. Instructions are also attached.  

Students: After the parents fill out their portion of the forms, all returning students will use their Vantage student email address to login to Final Forms to sign the student forms. All new students will have time during the first days of school to access your new school email, create a password, and then go in and sign your Final Forms.
