Parents of high school students who will begin attending Vantage in the fall MUST complete the following:

EMERGENCY MEDICAL FORM

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY--Internet agreement form

OHIO ALERTS--sign up to receive text messages about delays, cancellations, and events


Optional:  Sign up for PayForIt and be able to add funds to your student's lunch account.  It takes 24 hours for funds added via PayForIt to be available on student accounts.  This service is not required.  Students can add money to their lunch accounts in the school warehouse.
