We have a fun and engaging way for you to start your summer!
Vantage Career Tech Summer Camp will be held on Tuesday, June 7 and Wednesday, June 8 from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm both days. Tuesday's program features will be computer programming, health information management & health technology, culinary and cosmetology, while Wednesday is all about navigating drones, robotics, welding, construction, and automotive repair.
Participants will explore the world of food and culinary entrepreneur opportunities, program and pilot a drone, use professional airbrushing techniques on a metal surface, discover the world of healthcare through a hands-on scavenger hunt, try their skills in robotics, learn the art of hair extensions, become familiar with construction tools and equipment, feel like a star while using special podcast soundboard equipment, and more.
Campers may take home items they made or learned how to use while here with us. Local employers have dedicated time to many more activities taking place and will be available to speak with campers about important career paths throughout the two day adventure! Campers will receive a t-shirt, Vantage bag and pizza lunch, drinks and snacks included.
You are getting the first chance to sign up your student(s). Space is limited to the first 80 students per day, who register. Register your student for one or both days, the cost is only $10.00 per day, per camper. Don't miss out!!
