Franklin Street, Van Wert, OH 45891, with cash or check on April 4th, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Ingredients include; (Yellow) Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Tabasco Sauce, Garlic Salt (White) Cream Cheese, Soy Sauce, Garlic Powder, Onion.
