This year’s “Parent Teacher Conferences” are scheduled for Wednesday, October 28th (4:00pm – 8:00pm) and Thursday, October 29th (8:00am – 6:00pm). Due to the health concerns for all, we will be trying a new approach this year to help reduce the chances of people acquiring the Covid-19 virus. This year, teachers will be holding Google Meet (video conference) or phone conference for the safety of our teaching staff and parents. If you have not scheduled a conference and would like to, please call Student Services at 419-238-5411 ext. 2126 to schedule a conference. Once the conference has been scheduled, a Google Meet invite will be sent to the parent’s email address. Parents can join the Google Meet via any device with a camera, or they can join by calling in by phone.
If you already have your conferences scheduled, it will remain at that same date and time, only it will be held virtually instead of face to face. Someone from Vantage Student Services will be in contact with you in regards to holding that conference virtually.
