This Pipe Welding course will emphasize position 1G and 2g using various electrodes. This course also covers pipe welding using shielded metal arc welding process, including electrodes selection. Equipment setup and shop safety are also part of this course. Students must pass a pretest demonstrating welding skill prior to enrollment in this program.
